几个原则:
1。严格禁止做倒立动作; 2。不过分消耗体力; 3。有经期综合症的可以针对性练习; 4。必须视个人状况而定。(listen to your body.)

是指部分有经期综合症的女性而言。
In order to soften the abdomen one has to first do the concave back movement before going to the final posture.
应该指每一个体式成式之前。
Those who suffer with lower back-pain sciatica, slipped disc have to add these two asanas in their list.
是指这两个体式对有上两种病状的女性很有帮助,如欲得到改善必须加以练习。
Those who suffer from breathlessness, heaviness in the breasts, water retention, heavy bleeding, abdominal cramps, mental irritation and impulsion find these asanas very effective to reduce and get rid of those problems。
是指经期有气闷,乳房肿胀。。。神经紧张易激惹和易冲动
soothes the abdomen and makes the throbbing brain-cells rest.
应该指腹痛或/及腹部痉挛得到缓解,使躁动不安的神经得到休息。
